		<description>Basically it means to have someone be the voice of the company/brand ambassador. Matt Cutts does a good job of that for Google, and Tony Hsieh for Zappos. Instead of having a corporate account, having an actual person run that account and give it a little bit of personality means you&#039;re humanizing the company more.  </description>
