It’s almost hard to believe that it’s already September, marking the back to school rush, the start of fall and, of course, the beginning of a very busy conference season.  Members of 10e20 will be popping up at a bunch of really great shows over the next few months, but here’s a quick look at where to find us during the month of September.

dk’s ThinkTank 2009 (San Diego, USA * September 16th – 20th)

Next Wednesday, I will be heading out to San Diego to attend and lead a discussion on social media at ThinkTank.  This is the second year that Dr. David Klien (aka ‘dk’) and the folks at Purpose Inc are putting on this show and I am extremely excited.  Last year’s event was amazing and I wound up meeting many tremendous people (some who became friends, some who became business partners) and learned a lot.

IMC Vancouver 2009 (Vancouver, Canada * September 16th – 18th)

IMC Vancouver is “the No 1 Marketing Conference in Canada that will teach you how to improve your online revenue.”  This year the IMC conference features speakers from the largest and most influential websites today: Google, Yahoo, Linkedin & Facebook, plus 10e20’s Rebecca Kelley.  She will be doing a panel called Search Engine Optimization in a Real-Time World.  She’s also leading an SEO workshop and will be working with attendees on SEO essentials and SEO copywriting and is happy to field any social media and linkbait questions.   If you’re interested in attending and haven’t booked yet, use the code imc-speaker to get 20% off the registration fee.

SEOktoberfest (Munich, Germany * September 22nd – 24th)

My friend Marcus Tandler invited me to come as an expert to the second annual SEOktoberfest which takes place during Oktoberfest (surprising, no?) in Munich.  Supposedly the ticket price was 5.000 euros, and the 15 tickets were sold out after only 20 minutes!  I am really looking forward to this event.  The other experts who will be there include:
