Shannon - Excellent post and I have to compliment you on the graphic presentation, coupled with the content overview from Seth Godin I found this article impossible to pass up. I found this to be very insightful and we are witnessing many of these trends playing out at present.

Very nice post Shannon. You compiled your insights effectively using nice graphics. Seth Godin is one of the greatest marketer known in the Internet. I agree with the outsourcing idea. It can make us more effective and focus on the most important things to do, leaving other transfferable tasks to other people.

Sometimes I question if my marketing strategy is in sync or not. It's always a big struggle to make the most out of the improved marketing technologies that are available to us these days. Interesting post, Shannon!

The Who verses How many is a very important trend.
Because the Internet is so measurable and accountable it's much more cost effective to target small target markets - a target market of one !
