I just found Dreamshoes in the Chicago Tribune! They rock! Especially if you need women's size 14 WW and don't want to look like a grandma (or a drag queen)!! http://www.shoesofyourdreams.com. And they do exchanges if something doesn't fit. Most sites these days make you return the shoes that don't fit and then purchase the other pair, hoping it doesn't sell out in the interim. Or having to charge the second pair before you get the refund on the first one. Good old fashioned customer service and selection–Dreamshoes is a winner!

@MayC: That sounds like an investigation of credit card fraud. Maybe not on your own part, but the steps that they took to freeze your account and saying that they needed to investigate your order might mean that someone had stolen your information and was trying to use it to make purchases.

@Laura: Yes, Endless.com does have a huge selection of shoes for women with large feet. I am a size 11 and my daughter is a 10.5. We have been shopping on Endless for over a year now. The problem with shopping in most shoe stores is that they always run out of our sizes first. At most online stores, they never seem to have the cuter shoes in the larger sizes. Endless.com addresses this by having a huge variety of the cuter shoes in our sizes. I once saved an 250 shoe wishlist on their site of the most beautiful shoes I'd ever seen "in my size". One of the greatest things about them is being able to shop for a specific color of shoe, size of shoe, style of shoe or any mixture of all the above to narrow down your choices. Another good thing is getting your shoes with free overnight or 2-day shipping and being able to return the shoes for 365 days from purchase. I just returned 2 pairs of shoes that I didn't like(they were exactly as they described online, I just didn't like them on my feet) from a purchase in March of last year. They were refunded, no problems.

Part 3 – Somehow feeling like being treated as a criminal. May be they felt I just shop too much? So I ask "if you don't want my business that's fine, but can I cancel this order"? The answer was another "no, you can't cancel this order." Sigh, I just hang up at this point. There's no hope to this conversation…

I have never experience such a treatment for my online shopping life. This is the worse place to shop. If you are reading my post, good luck shoppings at Endless.com. Lets hope you will never have to contact Endless Customer Service. Because it is Endless Trouble.

Part 2 – So time to contact customer service. There are two way to get to them, phone or email. To email them, you need to sign into your endless.com account. Attempting to log in, I found out my account is frozen and I can't get into it. Pick up the phone and called – the response I got was "an account specialist will contact you because we need to investigate this order." So… Can I speak directly with your "account specialist" to provide any info she needed to process this order?. The answer is "no"…

Part 1 – Feb 2010 so I placed two orders in two days. On the 3rd day, endless.com process my first order but put the 2nd order on hold. Get this, how I found out my order is on hold: Bing.com sent me an email and said the rebate offer on my 2nd order has been canceled. I never gotten an email from endless.com about this "hold".

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH ENDLESS.COM…

I just ordered one pair of shoes last Friday, it did arrive on Monday… problem is…

They say its Black on the box but the shoes inside are WHITE!!!

I CANNOT BELIEVE IT.. IS THIS A JOKE OR WHAT???
