Tamar WeinbergFrom a young age, Tamar Weinberg had been using computers and the Internet — long before it became widely popular (and when it cost $5.95/hour to simply log on via dialup) — and knew that she would be destined to work in computers. Patrick Winfield

Patrick is always seeking out new inspirations and ideas to better his design skill set. He pulls this fodder for creativity from all aspects of life and art, and never settling on one perspective to see the complete object, Patrick continues to remain open for new ideas and tools and seeks knowledge in perception. He is a firm believer that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Patrick strives to design a human element into all his work, saying, “I try to become the user when I begin designing, working with my team to create the best strategies for dealing with information and visual experiences”.

Since he was a child, paper and pixels have always provided a creative outlet for communication and expression to Patrick. One thing Patrick has learned through all of these engagements is that satisfying the needs and goals of the end user is central to a successful and lasting experience.

Charlie WinfieldCharlie is not your usual dog. He runs in circles for hours, keeping us all motivated. This cuddly blue Shar-Pei also enjoys barking at annoying moving toys, eating any kind of paper (from towels to notepads), but no matter what he does, he is the friendliest face in the office. Like all dogs, Charlie very much enjoys sleeping, playing with everyone he comes into contact with, and showing newcomers he’s tough (especially when the mailman comes by). Sometimes we can take time out and relax with Charlie over a friendly game of tug-of-war or “chase me, Charlie!” He is always willing to befriend his guests and give them a high-five. Charlie also has his own email address, so if you want to get in touch with him, surely drop a line anytime: charlie [at] 10e20.com.
